GirlUp is a global movement of empowered young girl leaders who defend gender equality. It was founded by the UN Foundation in 2010 as an initiative to help support the UN agencies that focus on adolescent girls.

What Are GirlUp Clubs?

GirlUp clubs are formed by groups of dedicated youth who have joined together to take action and change lives, empowering both people and adolescent girls in developing countries to rise up simultaneously.
